Where can I renew my ESET licence?

Prior to your renewal, we will send you an email with a link that leads directly to your renewal page. All you need to do is follow this link. Alternatively, you can turn on auto-renewals and never have to worry about a break in your online protection.

With auto-renewals activated 30 days prior to your renewal date, we’ll send you an email confirming your renewal pricing and remind you that the payment will be taken automatically. If you would prefer to renew manually, please use the following steps:

  1. The easiest way to renew your ESET licence is to visit our existing customer page and click ‘renew now’.
  2. You will then be prompted to enter your licence key, which will bring up your local renewals page.
  3. Click to extend, and your ESET renewal price will be calculated, this is prorated for volume discounts.
  4. Once you are happy to continue, click ‘update now’ or ‘upgrade now’.
  5. You can then click ‘proceed to checkout’ to complete your ESET renewal.

You can also visit the ESET upgrade page and follow the instructions to renew your licence. Remember, if you decide to renew early, extra time will be added to your existing licence expiry date, ensuring you will never lose any coverage.

Help, I’ve lost my licence

If you have lost your ESET licence, you may need to purchase a new subscription for your ESET software. Firstly, it is worth checking whether or not your licence has expired. Visit our lost licence page to locate your licence information if you have lost or forgotten your details. This information can be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to access your account.

If you are worried about your licence expiring, turn on auto-pay in your ESET account, This will ensure you benefit from continuous protection and fair renewal pricing.

Should I turn on automated ESET renewals?

ESET software comes with the option to auto-renew, meaning you’ll never need to remember to renew your subscription manually. This ensures there is no risk of your licence and protection expiring or lapsing, which could otherwise put you at risk. You can even choose to pay monthly or annually.

When auto-renewing, you’ll receive an email 30 days prior to your renewal date informing you of your new renewal pricing. This ensures you have the chance to make any necessary changes to your coverage.

When you purchase an ESET product, auto-renewal will be set to on as default. However, this can be turned off at any time via the customer portal. Don’t worry, switching off auto-renewals won't cancel your licence, only the automated renewal.

Please note after submitting your order with ESET, you will receive the auto-renew agreement via email and have the option to turn auto-renewal off at any time.
